Steve’s beloved Rolling Stones. This is actually a composite from photos Steve took himself at a concert from the band’s most recent tour (2015). Steve saw this tour in Toronto but headed east to see them again somewhere else (I forget where!) For a ticket to that show, which is the one at which he took the photos, he laid out $600.00! Did I say “beloved”? He finished the painting a year or two later. It hangs in my dad’s home (!)
